2. Accounts

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as reviews, profiles, or ratings ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display it in connection with the Site and our services.

You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.

We may review, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.

4. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings must be based on your genuine experience with a game development company. You agree not to post fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or engage in review solicitation. We reserve the right to verify reviews and remove those that violate these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose.
• Interfere with the Site or its users, including by introducing viruses or using automated tools to scrape content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Collect personal information from other users without consent.
• Promote or engage in spamming, phishing, or other fraudulent activities.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features, such as premium listings or featured profiles, may require payment. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the Site, including reviews or company profiles. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 if no payment was made.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your User Content.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, these Terms will cease, but sections that by their nature should survive will do so.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
