Create Neptune was founded in 2015 by Mike Leighton and Mike Pandolfini, childhood friends who grew up on Neptune Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. Our team has developed cross-platform games and apps for industry-leading companies such as Mattel, Estée Lauder, Arcade1Up, as well as numerous education games for academic institutions like Boston College and NYU.
