GameFirms is headquartered in India, with a presence in the USA, Canada, UK, and Dubai. Established in 2010, I am Harmit Chawala, the CEO, and my brother Sunny Chawala serves as the Managing Director. GameFirms provides a comprehensive range of IT solutions, including web design and development, customized mobile applications, software, interactive gaming solutions, AI and Blockchain-powered mobile app development, as well as extensive digital marketing services across various industry verticals. We cater to clients worldwide with tailored IT solutions and have experienced significant growth, servicing over 8537 clients in more than 39 countries.
What is the story behind starting this company?
The web and app development market presents vast opportunities, which prompted us to establish GameFirms. Initially starting with a small team, we gradually expanded our organization and commenced operations in the United States, UK, Dubai, and Canada. Our workforce has grown to 220 employees, and we continue to expand, proudly serving startups, SMEs, and corporations.
What is your company’s business model–in-house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Our business model is entirely in-house, allowing us to engage directly with clients in real-time. Our well-coordinated team, equipped with state-of-the-art development tools, enables us to deliver client-centric results effectively. The strength of our in-house team is a significant factor in our ability to provide a diverse range of engaging and innovative IT solutions, eliminating the need for outsourcing as we possess all necessary resources and skilled personnel capable of accommodating various business verticals.

Approximately 70 to 80% of our clients are repeat customers, as we provide customized IT solutions that deliver enhanced functionalities at competitive prices. We strive to establish long-term partnerships with each client.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
We deliver highly effective software solutions with timely project delivery, leading many clients to return to us frequently. Specifically, we are sought after for casino game development, transportation management software, financial system software, blockchain-powered app development, and on-demand delivery app development. Clients choose to work with us repeatedly due to our seamless communication, 24/7 support, and real-time updates on project development.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We maintain a customer satisfaction rate of 93%, supported by our team's access to essential resources and tools to address client needs. Our solutions are designed to be easily upgradable in line with current trends. We ensure prompt resolution of client queries, with a manager monitoring project progress and providing timely updates.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We offer comprehensive support services throughout the development process and beyond deployment. Our focus is on maintaining system uptime and data integrity by performing cloud-based data migrations and system upgrades to mitigate challenges for clients. Our team aims to resolve client queries with minimal downtime, and our developers align with nearshore time zones for effective collaboration with clients.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Our payment structure is flexible, adapting to project functionalities. We offer hourly, monthly, subscription-based, per milestone, and fixed cost billing options, prioritizing client convenience.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We accept projects with an eye toward future possibilities. If the return on investment is favorable, we proceed with the project. However, there is no fixed monetary range we adhere to when considering projects, as requirements must align with our wide array of services.
What Is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
We do not focus on a specific price range, serving clients from startups and SMEs to large corporations. We ensure to foster long-term relationships with clients, even when profit margins are minimal.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
We aim to stay abreast of modern technologies and expand our customer base while nurturing existing client relationships. We envision GameFirms as a trendsetter in the competitive landscape and a comprehensive solution provider for game development, digital marketing, AI-powered solutions, blockchain development, and software development. To meet future needs, we plan to grow our team to over 400 members.
